NSRS Elko County Frequencies

I'm trying to program my Pro-95 scanner to monitor the NSRS in the Wells, NV area (Elko County). The 3 sites in the area are:

Peeve
Oasis
Spruce Mountain

I first tried to program all of the sites into my scanner but I couldn't hear anything. I then programmed in all the frequencies in conventional mode and the only ones that had traffic were the ones assigned to the Spruce Mountain site. I'm only hearing parts of conversations which leads me to believe that frequencies are missing.

Does anyone have updated frequencies for the NSRS in this area? (And before you ask, I am programming them in LCN order starting with channel 01 and not 00). Also I would appreciate updated frequencies in the Elko area also.

I did my best to find out everything in the FCC DB for the NSRS a few weeks ago, here's some of what I got. The numbered ones are as they exist in the RRDB:
