Speaking of xmas-tree pass, I submitted an update that changes the county to Clark, NV and references the license of WQLG544
Just for info purposes, there are other licenses owned by either the state of NV, the NV DOT, or NV Power which cover that area and are on/near xmas tree pass, but not in use that I could see yesterday.
WNZB252 has three freqs:

WPRY297 has three. These three are in use in Clark County by the "Las Vegas" site (Sunrise Mtn):

Also worth pointing out that I heard not a peep from the site called "Laughlin" all day yesterday while I was driving around down there. the License is valid and the freqs in the DB match up with WPWL702
