As normal, Russian operated, Spanish language, numbers station V07 was active on its Sunday morning schedule. This station changes time through the year, but is always on Sunday morning, between 0100 and 0700 UTC, depending on the season.

03 August, 2014, 0500 UTC, 14823 kHz, USB mode, message "845 845 845 000" sent 5 times
03 August, 2014, 0520 UTC, 13423 kHz, USB mode, message "845 845 845 000" sent 5 times

If there had been an actual message, vs the "null" that was sent, a third transmissions would have occurred at 0540 UTC, on 11523 kHz.

For those not familiar with this family of numbers stations, note the callup, "845", and the 100 kHz digit for each frequency, also note the 10's and 1's digits. The first transmission of "845" occurred on 14823 kHz, the second transmission was on 13423 kHz, and the third transmission, had it happened, would have been on 11523 kHz. And all frequencies end in 23 (in this case). So, hearing any one transmission can strongly indicate the frequency of the others.
