NW Ohio Norfolk Southern Info

Hey guys... looking for information on what kind of radio system Norfolk and Southern is installing here in NW Ohio.
Along the NS tracks (used to be Conrail) they have installed shorter antenna masts about every half mile, then in Oak Harbor, they have erected about a 100 foot tower with RF equipment on it and a small repeater building at the base.
Does anyone know what this is for and what freqs?

Ah ha... thank you. Do you know what frequencies it uses? I imagine all we'd hear are data bursts, but would still be cool to hear it

Appears to be primarily 220 MHz.
