Does anyone know why NWCD stopped broadcasting? Programmed rebanded freqs already but it stopped today 1/18/09

Any info is appreciated.

NWCD Quit working

I live in the BG/AH area and I listened all day to NWCD on 1-18-09
I think there was no traffic being heard last Friday just before lunch.
I did reprogram my pro96 and it has been working fine.
