Hey how ya doing? I am new here and i am a certified spotter for the national weather service in hastings nebraska. They do not have a skywarn program i do not think? But i am wondering is their a frequency that i can put into my PRO-163 1000 CH Triple Trunking Mobile/Base Scanner that i can listen 2 them?

You should e-mail the Hastings WFO to see which repeaters they monitor.

I have found at least 4 frequencies in Hastings for weather... Adams County EMA, Hastings EMA and Adams county SKYWARN. Nebraska Severe Weather Radio Frequencies - W9TEC.com


EDIT: If you really want to participate, you should look into getting your amateur license and a 2 meter radio.
