Not sure if anyone really cares, but I thought I'd post these frequencies anyway.
They are tough to pull in. So far, the only place I've recieved them are in Tempe.
Obviously, the signal is on a tight beam, so reception will be limited.

These are the Studio to Transmitter Links from the Weather Service Office.

415.900 KEC-94 Phoenix 162.550 South Mountain
413.900 WWG-42 Globe 162.500 Signal Peak
410.575 WXL-87 Yuma 162.550 Black Mountain

The audio quality seems to be a bit better than what you hear in the 162Mhz band since it's direct from the studio.

Anyone else care to comment or have any luck getting these signals from elsewhere besides Tempe?

This is a very common thing for the NWS to do. Just about every link in Wyoming and many in Colorado are setup using a simple Motorola Mobile radio on each end, on tied to a phone line the other tied to a 300 watt Crown FM Broadcast Transmitter. The Crown is has fully redundant transmitters.
