NXDN and GPS location

I'm listening to a NXDN channel both with Osmocom op25 and DSDPlus FL.
I'm trying to understand the location reporting protocol.

Here is what DSDPlus FL gets :

If I observed it correctly, here is the verbose output from op25 matching this report (sacch/facch) :

I suppose that the interesting data are in the facch "665139[55 to 00]" lines.
Is this documented somewhere ?
Can someone explain me how to extract lat/long/speed/heading ?
