From my understanding, it's both digital and encrypted.

While searching for something completely unrelated, I found a license for the Cherokee Harrah's issued out of Nevada. WQFC354, transmitter in Cherokee. NXDN, 52 freq's. listed on the license.

I did the same search and found that also. I did find yesterday that Harrah's in Murphy is encrypted. No problem with the CAP + system other than it can't be heard in the clear.
