Using DSD+ I was mapping a Nexedge 4800 TRS today and confirmed the following:

Site 4:
CH/ Freq:
126: 451.4750 (CC)
8: 422.4500
13: 422.5750
128: 462.5375

NL (Site/CC):
1, CC=47 (422.50625)
2, CC=116
3, CC=92
11, CC=517

Can a formula be determined from the above data to calculate the CC for sites 2, 3, and 11?

Using captured data I could not work a solution that made sense.

125 kHz between these two and the channel numbers are 5 apart, so step size is 25 kHz. So channel 14 is 422.6, 15 is 422.625, etc.

These are over 11 kHz apart, but channel numbers differ by only two. There is no band plan per se for these. The system operator is simply assigning channel numbers to frequencies as they license them.
