NXDN control channel in Portland metro area

Picking up a new control NXDN control channel around the Portland area.
451.04375 system 549 site 3 RAN 3
i don’t have a premium subscription so I can’t search by system ID and FCC search by frequency seems to be dead.
Anyone else seeing this?

451.10625 Sys 549 (Dec) Site 2 Ran 2

No FCC and nothing in the database.

MCCALLIE RIDGE BUNKER 10.55 MI W
CARLTON, OR YAMHILL County site

frequency and NXDN emission match, though I’m surprised I can pick up something that far away with just a telescopic antenna in my house.
