NXDN in use near or around Torrance County

Haven't figured out who it is but haven't really looked in the fcc to fish since it's a once and blue moon drive I do.

But anyone near Socorro east, Lincoln County north/west there is a strong NXDN signal mostay near where Socorro county, Torrance, Lincoln meet on side road driving.

DB shows 151.1675 as Dona Ana county, with a repeater site at Cloudcroft.

This only has traffic above Vaughn on 54 and near Valencia.
