It's been a couple of years since I've either monitored or reviewed my notes on the UP&L MPT1327 VHF system, but I also seem to recall duplications in their table.

I hate that system, they don't use it slot here in price but it's hard to follow, I wish they'd either go digital or go back to a repeater system

My guess is UP&L chose analog VHF MPT1327 for compatibility with power utilities in other states. PG&E in northern California uses it.
