NXDN on a RTL-SDR?

I have a Bearcat SDS100, but I don't really want to pay for the upgrade for the one single channel in my area that uses it.
Is there anyway to get my RTL-SDR to decode this frequency? I have no clue what is on this frequency, only that it's part of the "Wiztronics Inc." system. If I can use the RTL-SDR dongle to figure out what kind, and how much traffic is on frequency, (without needing to be a rocket scientist to configure it), it could serve as a "try before I upgrade my scanner". --- THANKS!

Have you taken the course I recommended? It walks you through it step by step.

There are resources out there just follow the recommendations given, please.

It may be all for not anyway, as I've cycled through EVERY selection and I get an audio failure every time. Sadly I don't have much more time to devote to this today. Thanks though.
