Anyone have any info on these systems?

NXDN48 SITE:L306-1 RAN:1 CC 292 453.639Mhz

NXDN48 SITE:L399-1 RAN:1 CC 284 453.539Mhz

They roughly have the same signal strength, received in northeast Indiana.

NXDN48 SITE:L399-1 RAN:1 CC 284 453.539Mhz

Whitley County Consolidated Schools - Columbia City (Whitley)

453.5375
453.8375
460.05
460.525

Southwest Allen County Schools - Fort Wayne (Allen)
453.1000
453.1875
453.6375
453.7375
453.8125

Those are two guesses. Both of those are trunked licenses with 4k emissions (NXDN48). That should be a start.

I found another one while in Fort Wayne yesterday. L400-1 which appears to be an upgrade to NXDN for Fort Wayne community schools.

Is it common for these systems to change the CC daily? Both of these systems have changed their CC for today, but basically confirm it's these two school systems.

I wouldn't say common or uncommon. Yes, they definitely have the ability to rotate control channels across two or more of their freqs. But it's ultimately up to the administrator whether they are going to do that. In Canton Ohio, one NXDN joint rotates the CCs of every trunked site daily, and the rotation is across all frequencies on the site (ex: Timken Steel Trunking System, Canton, Ohio - Scanner Frequencies -- all frequencies have been confirmed to be the control channel at some point, so they are all marked as control channels in the DB just for the sake of documenting).

That is great news though, since it has allowed you to confirm them! Very nice job!
