Have paid nxdn upgrade on both SD100 & 200 Having problems receiving any NXDN on both scanners. My 536HP has no problems of picking up NXDN transmissions. So what I'm doing wrong here?

What actual NXDN system(s) are you trying to monitor that aren't working?

I played with the filters on my SDS100 and SDS200 for NXDN and each system was sometimes different.
One thing I did was put in the same system 3 times (Conventional Repeater not Trunking) in the same Fav List and set the filter different on each one to find out what worked best.

Have you tried the built in filters
I'm having same type of problem I have local cab companies seems I should be getting action on but, out of 3 cab companies I haven't gotten anything since programming them into my SDS200 2 days ago and I have the paid upgrade. Where are the filters you speak of located I'd like to try them? Thanks! :)

This sounds like the same issue that debug files were reported and sent to the Uniden engineers. I have a few One Frequency NXDN systems and they all use TGID 0. The x36hp and SDS series scanners appear to have issues "stopping" on the system when it becomes active. If I Hold the system, it works without issue. My theory was TGID 0 was not being recognized as a valid talkgroup number.

When I go to channel hold I can turn func. knob and scroll through the NXDN cab companies and each one has numbers and RAN but even if I just leave it on hold I still never hear anything.(CORRECTION) these are suppose to be LTR Sorry folks!

Is this a trunking system? Did you program the channel numbers for the system? Under LCN, the system might require a specific channel number unlike MotoTRBO systems LCN 1,2,3,4....etc. The system administrators assigns channel numbers, and if you know the RAN of all frequencies, perform the Analyze/LCN finder function.

Not quite sure how to do it but, I'll see what I can do in Sentinel it shows 5 800mhz. frequencies and next to them under LCN it shows 3,7,11,15,19 next to the frequencies

You said in previous post that this system is working on the 536? It sounds like you have the LCN's already, so double check your programming, adjust filters as others have recommended and troubleshoot on your own. This will give you an opportunity to learn about the operation of these scanners and you'll enjoy it more. Patience...these aren't the scanners of the past.

Use too program it on my 536 as a conventional. Which worked well for years.
Now I've program the SD2000 as conventional. An one trunk freq. with each filter applied.
Waiting see anything comes though on this program.
Don't think there anymore freq. just the one.
I can still pick it up on my DV1.

Are you programming the same system as crippledchicken? NXDN One Frequency or Conventional?
