I found these and have not been successful identifying them. They are fairly strong and I am in East Islip.

Dave the only thing i could come up with out of any of those freqs is a "paging" license in Suffolk
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=1080

453.3375 CC1 - I have this down as a DOT freq but i havent heard any voice here just data
ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - KB41606 - NEW YORK, STATE OF

158.145 CC1 - This is a statewide National Grid freq and that is what i could very well be picking up
I logged comms about "markouts" and "turning on/turning off service"
ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - KEC307 - National Grid USA Service Company Inc. - Frequencies Summary

That freq is from Onevoice and on a few occasions, have received it while playing with sdrshsrp and dsd. It came up as site 30 in dsd. I was very surprised I got something that far away. I am in East Islip and not far from the shore, but using indoor homemade ants with an amp. Guess they work good. lol.

For anyone in the northern queens/north shore long island area -

151.010 and 465.500

Both freqs come back to the "village of great neck" and i have been getting a lot of what actually sounds like what could be simplex DMR...
