NYC DOITT 400MHz Base Frequencies

Just a quick one. Have the Base Lower for the custom tables at 482.000 with 380chs + polarity and 6.25kHz spacing. What would the proper Base Upper frequency be? Uniden BC-996XT and BCT-15X at work here...
