I started hearing what sounds like NYC Hatzalah on 464.66250 PL 167.9. Does anyone have anymore information on this, is it for a future system upgrade?

Definitely Hatzolah. Sounds like it's a repeater rebroadcasting the VHF (160.280) transmissions. Can hear some of the mobile/portable units as well. Judging from the strength of the field unit's signals, seems like the repeater is in the north Brooklyn area or maybe Manhattan somewhere.
Do not see them having a license for that freq.

The address listed on that license is 792 Eastern Parkway not 770.
