I know I asked this before but I have some more information. I have radio code 461.1000 for New York-Presbyterian's MN Central radio frequency. However, on my friend's radio it comes in clear but on my Uniden portable, it comes in garbled. How do I figure out the PL tone or find out if there is one to begin with?

I though everbody had a copy of Scanner master already?
I'm not sure how putting in 131.8 (the tone in use on that frequency, according to Scanner Master), is going to ungarble the transmissions.
