I wonder how the folks in the big city feel about vacating all 470-512 Freqs & Systems.

Anyone from NYC DOITT here?

It looks to me like this is a done deal.

NYC is not leaving 470-512 anytime soon.

NYPD is one of the big proponents of the 700MHz system. They asked for a delay in narrowbanding so they could go directly into the new, as of yet undesigned, LTE system.
