Does anyone monitor these systems. There is not much info in the database on talk groups.

Illinois mountain LTR
Ellenville Mountain LTR

I hear a fair amount of activity on both systems .

There might be very little activity on these system now days(nycomco is trying to move every one to trbo). Dave's site had a lot of info when it was up an running. I'll have to look at my records but I know Transcare and New Patlz Fire had some talkgroups on the NYCOMMCO's LTR systems
