NYCOMCO new talkgroup

Does anyone have an ID on NYCOMCO EDACS talkgroup 514. The LID showing in unitrunker is 5787, which was also logged on Mount Hope PD's tac frequency.

I guess you didn't check ECS first. 514 is listed as follows:

514 - 04-002 - Orange County DES 911 Admin

I was actually on that website too, but I only looked at the listing here.

A better question now is why does a 911 center portable have the back frequency of MHPD, or why does an MHPD portable have a "private" 911 center frequency

LID 5787 is assigned to the Orange County Department of Emergency Services (DES) and is used by a Fire Coordinator. According to the programming template which I'm looking at right now, he has permission to transmit on Mount Hope's Tac Channel.

FYI...their "outside agency" permissions are extremely limited. This was more of a special request,
