NYPD Harbor patrol also uses Marine Ch 17 for boat to boat or boat to Harbor Base coms.

i am looking for new jersey turnpike freq any one no what the state police for the turnpike orparte on please let me no i tried to put the fleet codes into my pro 96 and never ever hear any thing i do not no how to program fleet codes in to my pro 96 to pick up anything can someone guide me on here on how to progam the fleet codes into my pro 96 thnanks so much p.s need help and info
