Does anyone know if the NYS DOT help truck Rochester, NY area is radio dispatched or uses a cell phone to talk to the Police. This truck provides assistance to drivers on area interstate highways around the Rochester area. Would they use the standard DOT frequencys assigned to NYS DOT.Thanks
