VHF has been depreciated...it's definitely all UHF now.Their vehicles have UHF antennas on them, majority of the licensing is VHF. 153.8, 155.070, 158.94. No activity heard on tanks egrets.
Their UHF licenses are for
MotoTRBO to be precise.I can't speak for your area but Upstate, the VHF are old system wide frequencies that were discontinued when they went UHF.
UHF is mostly encrypted DMR from what I have observed.
The radios are used plenty...just not anything worthwhile lol.The psych center is Rochester is unencrypted, but I've only heard around 2 transmissions since March, both of which were car to car, they have no call signs, and no dispatcher. It seems they just rarely use their radios, I would imagine Pilgrim would follow suit.
