The New York State Police has been licensed for a P25 TRS site in Essex County, which is in Troop B. Is this new site going to be part of a new regional buildout, or a single-site system?

I believe NY State is licensing facilities in the area as they are considering Lake Placid for a future Olympics site. If built, it will probably be part of Metro 25 like the Fairgrounds site.
