does anyone know the frequencies for nytech the plow services and road crews?

As I understand NYTECH is based at Rome, NY and all the towns in Western NY use this quasi service.
NYTECH provides call out service for plows, signals, etc. The frequencies used would be your local
towns or private contractors. In this way many of the towns don't have to pay a foreman to be on the road
which saves the town money. Typically a patrol unit will call in to dispatch and tell them to notify
NYTECH a particular road is getting slippery. They in turn call out the plows.
This may be another Govenment agency inserting themselves in a process. The only advantage I see is that NYTECH must have access to all state, county, & local resources where a local town may not be able to contact a state plow.
