OAK- CHP tacs should be active tonight

CHP is assigning a gang task force to Oakland for the next month or so to
assist OAK PD with their high murder rate.

Federal grant $$$

Should be a lot of traffic on CHP tacs/Blue, as well as OAK trunk system and
DOJ/Parole channels this weekend.

The thugs are just going to take refuge in Richmond and then move back after the Task Forces have left for the evening. Let's hope that they are caught in route to their hiding places.
