Oak creek dispatch

Sometime in early 15, Oak Creek will provide dispatch services to the City of St Francis.

They already changed their radio Id's for the rigs. They are 1xx for both depts.

Also, the P.D. and F.D. have moved in to their new facility at 3400 E Howard. Fire has transparent bay doors so all apparatus can be seen from the street.

I had the ability to do a sit in at the OCPD/FD dispatch center. They are all prepared for it (They got 4 stations that have the ability to sit or stand, and 4 extra stations that are sit down only.) Currently they run 2-4 dispatchers on duty ( Minumum staffing of 2. One for PD, and one for FD/Calltaking). They said once St Francis merges, they will have a minimum of 3-4. Sounds like both PD channels will still be separate, however there is a talk about possibly merging the FD channels together.

Oak Creek is now Dispatching for St Francis Fire. Right now both of their primary talkgroups are patched.
