Oakland fire what ls going on

So is anything going on with Oakland fire dispatch they are now on talkgroup 2411 not there normal dispatch

So I think. Oakland has extra units on the streets because of the shootings I'm hearing some 900 numbers and checking those numbers 2411 those are for command units so maybe just the possibility not just the dispatch but command units on the street and ready to respond quickly if anything comes up just a thought
