Does Anyone know what channels are being used by Law enforcement and Fire-Rescue for the OAS conference this upcoming weekend?

We'll have to wait and see what comes up during the event. But I have found that on the Broward County system, they have made up some special talkgroups for the event. All the ones I have seen so far are digital, and most of these are also encrypted as well. Sometimes one side of the conversation will have his radio in the clear, and that half won't be encrypted, but the other half will.

For talkgroups on the Broward County system, I have heard 58320, 58352, 58384, 58448, 58512, 58544, and 58576. There may be others, but since they're encrypted for the most part, I can't really confirm much.

Motorola delivered 750 Secure equipped XTS5000's just for
this event. I highly doubt that you will hear a lot of OAS
traffic on the standard analog tg's.

I'm hearing JLEOC (Joint Law Enforcement Operations Center) on 58320 on the Broward TRS, also some traffic on 58488 . It is digital, and I've heard a few more units on this channel. Fort Lauderdale Fire-Rescue Detail units are using 1 Delta (25264) for all their communications. I've also heard FLPD using District 4 talkgroups for various communications related to the event

It sounds like they're having problems with the radios, they even went so far as to announce it over a few channels. Seen a lot more digital, unencrypted transmissions since.
