THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NEBRASKA
AND SOUTHWEST IOWA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA TOWARD MORNING. AREAS OF FOG WILL CAUSE
SOME RESTRICTED VISIBILITY IN THE LATE NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING HOURS.

HOT AND HUMID WEATHER WILL DEVELOP ON WEDNESDAY. HEAT INDEX
VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH AROUND 105 IN THE MID AFTERNOON...
ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM NORFOLK TO TEKAMAH AND HARLAN IOWA.

THE HOT AND UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE IS EXPECTED TO BREED SOME SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS BEGINNING IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING
WINDS...AND HEAVY RAIN WILL BE THE MAIN HAZARDS OF THESE STORMS. IN
ADDITION...WIND SHEAR MAY BE SUFFICIENT FOR A FEW TORNADOES TO
DEVELOP
...MAINLY TO THE NORTH OF A WARM FRONT EXPECTED TO LIE FROM
EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA INTO SOUTHWEST IOWA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO CONTINUE WELL INTO WEDNESDAY
EVENING. LATER WEDNESDAY NIGHT...THUNDERSTORMS WILL WEAKEN. HEAVY
RAIN WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE...MAINLY FROM NORTHEAST NEBRASKA INTO
WEST CENTRAL IOWA. LOCALIZED FLOODING MAY OCCUR WHERE RAIN HAS
BEEN HEAVY THE PAST FEW DAYS.

WEAKENING THUNDERSTORMS MAY LINGER INTO THE DAY THURSDAY.

THERE WILL BE ANOTHER CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS SATURDAY NIGHT AND
SUNDAY AS A COLD FRONT CROSSES THE AREA.
