Obama back in LA - October 7/8

With a month to go before the general election, President Barack Obama is coming back to California this weekend to collect campaign cash.

Events will include a concert at Nokia Theatre on Sunday afternoon along with fundraiser dinner on Sunday plus breakfast event on Monday.

Former President Clinton will be in tow also for the events.

Obama heads to San Francisco on Monday morning.

Last time he was here I got a short video of Air Force 1 on approach to LAX on runway 24L. That was the
first time I saw it in person and the plain is bigger than I thought. Didn't pick up any comms though.
All I know is that 24L&R were closed to other aircraft about 20 minutes before and after AF1 landed.

Once he was airborne in Marine 1, they were opened again to other aircraft.
