Does anyone know if Union-City Fire is using the new 800mhz system? I can hear the dispatcher on the VHF CH. but no other units.

They are paging out on VHF and 800mhz simultaneously but the units are answering on 800mhz only. Also, I've heard radio tests on several different IDs.

Thanks for the info. Have you heard any new or different talk group id's besides the ones in the database yet? I need to get my antenna up outside so I can start hearing them.

I hear Obion County Fire Dept. Pager Tests Every Week On Our Fire Freq. Of 154.445 But I Have Not Been Able To Find A License For It For Them, But They Do Use It, I Hear Them Every Week On It.. .Clear Too.

154.445 that is Weakley Co fire dept freq. Union-City fd is 154.430 you maybe hearing them or Troy Fd. they use 154.400
