Obtaining BCT15 UASD outside US

Hi!

Is anyone aware of a legitimate way of buying and obtaining the upgrade key for BCT15 UASD from an address outside the US with a non US issue Credit Card?

I've just been trying to order a key from UnidenDirect without any success whatever.....

The first hurdle = We don't ship outside the US.

The second = we don't accept payments from non US issued cards.

You have to call the 1-800 number and order it via phone. This is what I did and I'm from canada. They'll send you the key via e-mail.
