Is anyone familiar with the system they use? Are they on the state system? Driver is using a Motorola STX 2900, I think. Sounds at least p25, as I ride along.

That looks to be an XTL 2500. There are several of those still floating around down here in Reno County as well. Our county transit buses use these on the Statewide system.
