Ocean county NJ fire for Sentinel

I am about to purchase a 100 sds and I am trying to make (or learn) how to set up my lists on sentinel first.
I am mostly interested in Ocean County for but I’m not understanding nor can find how to do this. When I click on fire it’s says Marshalls Dispatch and coordinaters. Nothing about Depts.
I remain a member here because you have all always been very helpful. This is my first scanner purchase in 20 years. This new age stuff is confusing lol.

Have you updated the Sentinel database? (Update > Update Master Database) Ocean County P25's showing up just fine for me in tree view: Database > New Jersey > Ocean > County Systems > Ocean County P25 > Emergency Services (right-click to bring up menus, left-click "Append to Favorites List"
