Ocean County TRS Upgrade Today?

I just heard county tell some EMS units to use their backup channels. The dispatcher said they are having radio upgrades today beginning at 13:45 and lasting until 18:00. It would appear part or all of the trunked system will be down this afternoon? Anyone have further information on this?

Update: All the police dispatch channels are being told to move to their backup channels now. OCSD is being moved to OCPS 1, and PD West is on OCPS 4.

Does anyone know the mocib frequency for ocean county

There's no dedicated channel for Ocean County MOCIB broadcasts,it goes over SPEN 1 and multiple law enforcement talkgroups on the county trunked system. I'm sure there's other channels I'm forgetting.
