157.15 BM [CSQ] US Coast Guard Station South Padre Island (Marine Ch. 23A, appear to be using digital encryption in addition to analog voice)
469.5 M [d 331] Controlled Demolition, Inc. (CDI) Ch. 1 Primary
469.55 M [d 331] Controlled Demolition, Inc. (CDI) Ch. 2

A number of South Padre Island talkgroups were active with police, fire, public works, etc. on the Cameron County (Port Isabel) system.

I live close to spi and i had to work that day. Did you took any pictures or video of the Ocean tower? I took my radio and was listening to CCSO/and SPI police on my radio. It was fun listening to them that day. I saw that you posted 163.6750 DC 627 on the database under CC, is that correct. I have never heard that frequency with that tone.

I saw that you posted 163.6750 DC 627 on the database under CC, is that correct. I have never heard that frequency with that tone.

I only got one hit on it in Brownsville; it's possible that I misread the tone off the display. If you're sure it's a mistake then let me know and I'll take care of it.

I heard it last night. They only used it once an a while I think. It is still working loud and clear.
