What channel would C15 be?, whenever I hear them command advises them to switch to C 15 upon arrival? Is it on ELMR or a conventional simplex frequency?
Same thing tonight, Battalion 31 advised units to go C15, I have all the Oceana FD channels on ELMR, didn't hear a thing on any of them ,other than Dispatch, what is the TGID for C15?
