OCSO Gets 'Lo-Jack' in Cruisers

Looks like the Oklahoma CO SO has authorized Lo-Jack Inc. to place detection equipment in at least a few of their crusiers. I have seen two crusiers in the past week with the Lo-Jack antenna array on the roof. Anyone know if the whole OSCO fleet will be equipped or what other agencies in the state may be receiveing the equipment?
