the Control channel being decoded is 406.775, but DSD+ is reporting the freq table (3 VHF freqs) as shown in the picture. Nothing heard on any of the VHF freqs shown.

Note regarding the DSD+ output: ADEF (Aerospace Data Facility East)- is at Ft. Belvoir (not in DC) in Virginia on VHF does use WACN.SysID 0000A.00A also.

well, DSD+ must have been having a moment. here is an updated screenshot showing a more correct decode.

still do not know where this system is - you can ignore the name at the bottom - that system is in my DSD+ folder because I added it during a DC trip.
