Odd issue on my history logger.

Sometimes it does not record the frequency of the talk group ID. It will just put a decimal point or the #6.
If I clear the log, that ID may get a frequency, but another will not. Happens on P25 or NFM. Could this be we have just switched over to digital. (working out bugs?). I have not noticed this until today.

Uniden 996xt, ARC Pro software. Sedgwick County Kansas.

Any thoughts ? Thanks in advance.

Does it show the ID on the scanner on just not with the software?

The scanner shows everything. Just the frequency on the software history log. History log shows ID and all other info.

Try ProScan and see if that work better for you. You could also see if you can get support for the ARC Pro
