Yes, making an assumption. I did watch the video, but I've never heard JS8Call on the air, so it was an educated guess. Life is too short to be bitter.

Listening there now.. Can't hear it.

Not JS8call. (Audio sample here -> JS8 - Signal Identification Wiki ) According to the spectrum scope, the signal is taking up over 30 kHz.. (wanders a bit). It's definitely not a legal amateur mode.
