Oddity on 15000 kHz

Was listening to 15000 kHz, around 0500Z today and the classical song "Dance of the Hours" kept playing from the about the 2 second mark until the 45 or 46 second mark, and then a quick burst of what I think is RTTY. Then an unintelligible transmission from 0 to 2 seconds. This kept repeating until I tuned around some more at 0515Z.
Using the web SDR in the Netherlands. WWV was readable at the time as well.

This is the time signal form Italcable, Italy. They have even sent partial SSTV images when you hear the data burst.
