ODF WhiteNET activity?

I'm picking up some activity on ODF WhiteNET. It's barely audible, but I did hear some info about "what tenders were available". Looking at my OSFM/ODF reference, WhiteNET is supposedly "Air-to-ground".

Can anybody else hear this, or any other traffic on the state fire channels? I'm wondering if it's part of the conflagration activities of crews on the way to the D Harris fire?

I know in the Grants Pass are they are useing every net down there , They have x helos working on bucket drops, yesterday they broke the district up into red net, white net because there are so many fire burning from the lightning storm that hit thurs night. They are working in the neighborhood of 100 + fires most of them under 1/10 of a acrea. The radio feed has been non stop from 6 am till midnight!
