ODNR Region 4

I confirmed on Saturday the following:

TG 33088 PR-R04-E Parks and Recreation Region 4 is for Cowan Lake and Caesar Creek State Parks.

Also the Cowan Lake Campground Check-In Station (ids as: Check-In) is still operating
on ODNR VHF 151.2800 107.2 PL.

Lats night about 11:00pm, on 151.430, ODNR , report a large fight about to break out at the bandshell. bands were really open last night and today.

Yeah, I could get much skip of VHF-low last night, but VHF-high was really bouncing!
