any one know what odot uses in the greater cincinnati area i have had the low band in the scanner but never hear any thing are the on marcs now or not.

No they are not using MARCS. District 8 is still using 47.3400.
What antenna are you using? You need an antenna that covers
VHF Low Band 30-50 MHz to hear them well.
