Anybody know what a 10-1000 code means? The O'Fallon, IL PD uses it quite often, but I haven't been able to put any contextual clues together.

Thanks,

They use 10-1000 and all the other regular ten codes. A good list can be found here:

Official Ten-Code List

I have scanned EMS/Fire for a few years and before I moved, I scanned police. All of the ten codes on that site match up with the ones they use. They usually only use the simple ones like 10-4, 10-8, 10-23, 10-27, 10-28, 10-29, 10-41/42, 10-50, 10-95, and 10-99.
